Creating is the single thing that gives me the most joy in my entire life. This simple truth is the foundation of this whole enterprise. But how can it be that something so bland like „doodling some sketches“ is so fascinating to me? It’s quite simple. The process of an idea evolving into a thought-out plan of action to create a new
NINETYEIGHT product which may one end up as a big, bright  FUCK YOU to the boring establishment,
is just an unparalleled experience for me! From day one, young me could be entertained with nothing more than pen and paper. Maybe my parents weren’t home, or I was simply bored but as soon as I could live out my thoughts on that paper I was overcome by a feeling of freedom. And eventhough I now have a more mature approach to it, being creative and creating new things is still the most fun to me. This more mature approach changed significantly in my later school years and I went from drawing for myself to drawing for friends and acquaintances which brought me an idea…
 This idea was NINETYEIGHT.
It all started in 2015 when my friend Matthias and I wanted to make our idea accessible for a wider range of people. Even back then we realized that the only way for a business (as well as a person) to leave a striking impression was to be radically different. Either way, sometimes by plan, sometimes by accident, we had stumbled upon what makes NINETYEIGHT unique: the willingness to try stuff nobody else tries, in order to achieve results no one else achieves. NINETYEIGHT was finally founded in 2018 and from our first day onwards we relied on nothing but ourselves, sticking to our independent and different approach to fashion. From the design to  the production and in all of our side-projects you will find soley our creativity and effort, unbound by the restrictions of mainstream fashion. This freedom allows our evergrowing team to continue pushing boundaries and explore new and exciting ideas.
